Hannah deserves a "pat on the back." She has now memorized over 100 songs and I added a star beside her name on the Learned List Hall of Fame. Way to go!

WEEK ONE WINNERS

Unfortunately, I had to cancel a few lessons last week due to weather conditions. I am going to continue the contest an extra week so that everyone can get in 4 scores. Those students who braved the weather will have a chance to "throw out" their lowest score if they decide to continue for a 5th week :)

New Contest

We will be starting a new contest today! Students, you will learn in your lesson how to earn points for the month of February! This week, you will learn interesting facts about composers. Don't forget to write down your practice times each day this week. Good luck!

November News

Congratulations to Alexis and Jessica for passing their flashcards! Alexis came in last week and tested in under a minute. Jessica just passed her test today. Keep up the great work!

The December recital date is set. Students have been preparing for the upcoming recital and working hard. I hope to see all of you on December 6th, at 1:00!

Promotions

I am so pleased to announce several promotions this month! I am very proud of all my students and so excited that you are all working so hard! There are seven students who are getting promoted to the next grade in piano in October!
